Microwave Scramble

Quick and easy scrambled eggs
Ingredients:
  • 2 EggsPlus Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon (0.5 oz) Milk, Cow, Whole, Full-Fat (3.25% fat)
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red or green pepper or green chilies
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 1 slice cheese of your choice
  • 1 bagel, roll or English muffin

Directions:
In a small microwaveable bowl, beat together eggs, milk, peppers, onion and seasonings. Cook on full power stirring once or twice for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir, cover and let stand until no visible liquid egg remains, about 1 minute. Spoon onto bagel, roll or muffin. Add cheese. Salsa can also be added. Cover with top. Grab and go!
