Bo Pilgrim's Chicken Chili

Bo's famous chicken chili
Ingredients:
For a crowd-pleasing addition to your Super Bowl party, try Bo Pilgrim's Chicken Chili, a tasty version of chili with 50% less fat than most traditional chili recipes. 2 lbs. Pilgrim's Pride boneless, skinless breasts or thighs
(coarsely ground in food processor or coarsely chopped)
2 large onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 (8-oz.) can tomato sauce
3 cups water
5 Tablespoons chili powder
2 Tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons salt
4 Tablespoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 Tablespoon black pepper
1 Tablespoon paprika



Directions:
In a heavy saucepan, sauté onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add ground or chopped chicken, and cook thoroughly. Add water and tomato sauce. Mix remaining dry ingredients together and add to mixture, stirring well. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or longer if time permits. Makes 8 servings of 2/3 cup each
