Add all other ingredients except chicken and process until blended.
Cut each chicken tender into three or four bite size pieces.
Place chicken pieces in a shallow dish.

Let chicken marinate at least 30 minutes.
Using tongs, place chicken pieces over grill pan on stove or moderate heat grill outside. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side.
Transfer to a serving platter and serve hot with the other half of the Chimichurri sauce.
