Parmesan Seasoned Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups cornflakes cereal, crushed
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (0.4-ounce) envelope buttermilk Ranch-style dressing mix
  • 6 Pilgrim's Pride boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
A simple and tasty entré that bakes while the rest of the meal is prepared.

Stir together first 3 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dip chicken in butter or margarine; dredge in cornflake mixture. Place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
