Quality - is defined by the needs of our customers (both
internal and external). Quality alone does not make us a "World Class Food
Company."
Process Improvements - our lack of complacency in our process
helps us succeed in becoming a "World Class Food Company." We strive for
Process Improvements through technology and the innovative ideas of our
Partners.
Teamwork - among departments and locations is essential in
providing the best possible solutions to our challenges. Through Teamwork we
differentiate ourselves from our competition, we become more than our machines.
All three Cornerstones must be present for Continuous Improvement to work. If
one is left out we lose the battle to become "Better than the Best." Quality
without Teamwork leaves us competing against ourselves. Teamwork without
Process Improvements leaves us vulnerable to our competition. Process
Improvements without Quality leaves us without customers.
