Thank you for your interest in becoming a grain supplier to Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation.
Below is documentation that needs to be completed so we may pay you correctly and promptly upon receipt of the grain. We appreciate your efforts in completing the paperwork and returning it timely.
There are three parts:
• The Local Grain Farmer Request Form asks for the farm owner name, farm name, address, contact information, etc.
• The W-9 Form is necessary for proper tax identification and payment.
• The Supplier Profile Form: We are required, as a federal government contractor, to disclose the profile of our supplier base. Your farm or business may be classified, for instance, as a business owned primarily by a woman or a minority. As a farmer/producer, please select "Manufacturer." Complete the section for Principal Minority Owner(s) and below, only if your business would qualify as either a business primarily owned by a woman or a minority. Please check any or all classifications/definitions on the complete list of Business Classifications and Ethnicities included on "Exhibit A."

In addition, if you have a lien from a bank or other financial institution on the crops you propose to sell, please have them mail notices to:

To avoid delays, do not have your bank, or other financial institution, send lien notices or releases to our local mills or any other Pilgrim’s Pride office other than the one listed above.
