Fresh from Florida this month are recipes from Executive Chef Justin Patrick Timineri,
Executive Chef/Culinary Ambassador from the State of Florida's Department of Agriculture.
His mission is to help the world rediscover the joy and benefits of simple, healthy
cuisine.
As proof that you don't have to choose between great taste and healthy meals, Chef
Timineri submits as evidence his Latin Spiced Florida Chicken with Cilantro and Lime Butter.
For a slightly different flavor palate, he creates Florida Chicken Quesadillas with Avocado and Tomato. From
a different part of the chicken, he shares his recipe for Pan Braised Florida Chicken Thighs with Tomatoes, Garlic and Arugula.
