RO*TEL Chicken Dip

Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups grated cheese (colby & Monterrey jack is what I use)
  • 1 can RO*TEL diced tomatoes, drained (original, mild or hot)
Directions:
  1. Shred chicken finely, then mix all ingredients together.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips.
Tastes even better after a couple of hours. Keep refrigerated after each meal.
