Chicken Pie

Ingredients:
  • 3 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 can Veg-All mixed vegetables, if desired
  • 1.5 cups self-rising flour
  • 1.5 cups buttermilk
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 cups chicken broth
Directions:
  1. Cook chicken, cool and shred.
  2. Place in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Mix together soup, veg-all and water and pour over chicken.
  4. Mix together melted butter, flour and buttermilk and pour over the top.
  5. Pour the chicken broth over top of the flour mixture but do not stir.
  6. Cook for 1 hour at 350°F.
