OFFICIAL RULES
1. To enter: Complete and redeem or mail the coupon or send a 3x5 card with your
name, address and daytime or cell phone number to Pilgrim's Pride Sweepstakes,
P.O. Box 743515, Dallas, TX 75374-3515. One entry per envelope. Forms must be
received by September 30, 2008. Online entry available at
“www.pilgrimspride.com”. Limit – one entry per computer/day.
2. Sweepstakes winners will be determined in a random drawing in October 2008 by
Promotion Partners, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are
final. Winners will be notified by phone.
3. All materials submitted become the sole property of Pilgrim's Pride and will
not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible,
misdirected or postage due mail/entries.
4. Employees of Pilgrim's Pride Corporation and their retailers, sales
representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and the
immediate families of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
Taxes on prizes are the responsibility of prize winner. All federal, state, and
local laws and regulations apply. No transfer or substitution of prize except
as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal value
will be substituted at sponsor's option.
5. Grand Prize winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility,
publicity, liability and travel release within 14 days of notification or prize
will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. By acceptance of prize,
winners consent (except where prohibited by law) to use of name and/or likeness
for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Odds of being a prize
winner are dependent on the number of qualified entries received.
6. Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for up to 6 family members to location of
choice. Maximum total prize value $6,000.

7. For the name of the Grand Prize winner, send a self-addressed envelope before
September 30, 2008 to Pilgrim's Pride 100% Natural Family Vacation Sweepstakes
2008 Winner List, P.O. Box 743755, Dallas, TX 75374-3755.
8. Sweepstakes entry constitutes acceptance of all rules. Neither Pilgrim's
Pride Corporation nor their agents or suppliers have any liability in
